Acceleration sensor usually needs to be calibrated on the standard vibration table, which brings a lot of inconvenience to use.
TR series solid-state vibration acceleration sensor adopts advanced microelectronics processing technology and capacitance measurement principle, which can obtain excellent low-frequency response. The sensor can be calibrated by changing the placement direction of the sensor with the gravitational acceleration G.
Application Introduction:
Vibration and shock:
TR series vibration acceleration sensor can measure the vibration from DC to its cut-off frequency range, and the subsequent signal processing includes fast Fourier transform, one-time integration into speed, and re integration into displacement output. For example, to measure the vibration of the shell, the output can pass through the precise filter and the corresponding integrator, and then pass through the effective value detection to output the vibration acceleration, speed and displacement of the shell, so as to monitor the running state of the machine.
Tilt angle measurement:
When the sensor is tilted and placed, the output of the sensor is the component of the acceleration of gravity on the measuring axis of the sensor, that is, there is a function relationship of arcsine between the output and the tilt angle. When the inclination angle is small, it is approximately linear.
Inertial measurement:
The six degree of freedom inertial measurement system needs three acceleration sensors to measure the acceleration of three axes respectively, and three gyroscopes to measure the rotation of three axes.
The velocity can be obtained by integrating the acceleration, and the displacement or distance can be obtained by integrating again. At this time, the repeatability error and temperature drift of the acceleration sensor need to be accurately compensated, otherwise, it may bring large error.
