TR-D4500 automatic static calibrator realizes the automatic calibration of the static linear characteristics of eddy current sensor.

TR-D4500 automatic static calibrator can intelligently draw, store and print the static displacement linear characteristic curve and sensitivity error curve of eddy current displacement sensor with Φ 3 ~ Φ 50 probe specification, record / calculate the static displacement characteristic data of the calibrated sensor, and automatically calculate the sensitivity, sensitivity error and nonlinear error of the calibrated sensor with the minimum two multiplication.

TR-D4500 automatic static calibrator is suitable for the calibration of Bentley, Epro, Schenker, Xinchuan and other foreign and domestic eddy current sensors and displacement / differential expansion systems.

 

Application Description:

1. Automatic verification of static linear characteristics and sensitivity characteristics of eddy current sensor

2. Automatic generation of linear characteristic curve, sensitivity error curve, verification data report, printing data report, etc

3. Windows operating system, 7.5-inch large TFT touch screen

4. The lower computer can be configured with standard USB mouse

5. The calibration data of the calibrator can be stored on the U disk, and the U disk can be hot inserted and dialed

6. Input of sensor information calibrated by lower computer, user information and standard information of upper computer

7. Various calibration data can be communicated to PC upper computer

 

Main performance indexes:

1. Test disk material for static / dynamic characteristics verification of sensor: aisi4140 steel (national standard).

2. Displacement calibration range: 0-60mm, applicable to the calibration of eddy current sensor with probe specification of Φ 3 ~ Φ 50. Displacement calibration standard: high precision stepping motor, accuracy: ± 0.05 μ M.

3. Various calibration data of network cable communication, dynamic / static characteristic curve and relevant data printed out by PC (notebook computer), etc.

4. Provide - 24VDC power supply (maximum output current 30mA, ripple 5mv), which can be used for independent calibration of sensor system.

5. Power supply: 220VAC ± 10%, maximum working current 2A. (10a fuse is recommended).
